Upon identification of the appropriate interpreter, we will perform the following:

• Coordination of the appointment at no extra charge.

• Confirmation of the appointment with the injured worker, applicable attorneys, treating physicians’ offices, and any other appropriate parties.

• Delivery of any brief messages or communication to the injured worker on the payors’ behalf.

• Assistance with on-site and telephonic interpretation.

• Provide multiple settings for interpretation including hospitals, clinics, physicians’ offices, and patients’homes.

• Interpreters who can interpret for doctors, nurses, therapists, and other professionals.

• Assistance completing any necessary forms at the appointment site 10 – 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time.

When you call on EK Health for telephonic interpretation, we will coordinate the arrangements for the call. You will only be charged for the interpreter’s time on the call. There are no hidden charges such as a coordination fee, connection charge or the cost of the phone call.
